Ali Alderton

I have worked with a variety of children throughout my adult life in many different ways, including in an educational setting, at primary school and alternative provision and as an equestrian.

I have worked for Wiltshire Equine Assisted Learning (and continue this part time along side All8 Sensory Support) and share in the values of giving every child the opportunity to flourish and learn in a safe and supportive environment.

Over the years I have been inspired by these children and  developed a keen interest in sensory needs and the struggles they bring in many different forms to many different children, both in and outside the classroom.  I believe it is important to allow children to explore these needs and I provide a suitable environment for them to do so.

I have extensive experience of working with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities and will create a bespoke experience for each child to meet their individual requirements.

Lily

All8 Sensory Support is proud to introduce the newest member of the team!  This is Lily, a golden retriever puppy.

Having been bred as an assistance dog Lily is gentle and kind and enjoys meeting lots of new people.  She is excellent around children and quick to learn.  Lily has enjoyed the start of her journey and has brought many smiles to those who have met her. Lily will be training as a therapy dog, but is still very young and needs several naps throughout the day!  Due to her very young age her risk assessment is updated weekly and is available on request. (Lily may not always be present for sessions).
